Artist studios at Division and Honore.

Originally designed as a Single Room Occupancy hotel, in 1993 Bob Miller redesigned the spaces to service a need for small affordable artists’ studios in the wicker park neighborhood. Previous tenants included Nelson Algren!

Now there are 28 affordable artists’ studios, ranging from 90 sq ft to 145 sq ft, month to month leases, and priced $185-275 including utilities. Currently we have four studios available, ranging from $200-250 per month, all utilities included. To set up a time, send an email to: divisionspace@gmail.com
